1. Who we are
Klasstab is a class-pack tracking service operated by Kapii (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using klasstab.kapii.org you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Klasstab lets tutors, teachers, and coaches record prepaid class packs, sessions, and balances, and share a read-only balance page with their clients. Klasstab records amounts your clients paid you for your own bookkeeping; we do not process those payments and are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You must have the right to store the personal details (names, emails, phone numbers) of the students and parents you add, and you are responsible for obtaining any consent required to do so.
4. Parent links
Parent links are private, unguessable URLs. Anyone holding a link can view that student's balance and session history. Share them only with the people who should see them.
5. Subscriptions
Free and paid plans are described on our landing page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or whose subscription has lapsed; suspension never deletes your data.
6. Acceptable use
No attempts to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
