What we collect
Account data (your email, name, business name, timezone), the student and parent details you enter (names, parent title, email, phone), packs, sessions, ledger entries, and a log of alert emails we send on your behalf.
How we use it
Only to run Klasstab: showing balances, sending low-balance email alerts, and serving read-only parent pages. We do not sell data, run ads, or use tracking scripts.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database in Mumbai, India, protected by row-level security so each tutor can only access their own records. The app is hosted on Vercel. Alert emails are delivered through Resend.
Security
Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and never stored in plain text. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. The balance ledger is append-only, and parent pages are rate-limited to prevent guessing.
Your rights
You can edit or delete your data in the app at any time. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email us and we will do it within 30 days. Parents who want their details removed should contact their tutor, or us directly.
